			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been enjoying my time in Brussels, Belgium this week.  Today I had the good fortune to hang out with my friend Smael.  We went about the town in the slushy snow through the antiques area on the way to St. Gillis.  There are so many incredible antique and furniture strorefronts here in Brussels it is incredible.  The Europeans somehow manage to integrate the small businesses and labor unions and socialized medicine and open borders and movement of labor with the large multinational corporations.</p>
