			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It&#8217;s hard to believe that what seems to essentially be a tax on poor people by requiring them to buy unregulated insurance is being called &#8220;health care reform&#8221;.   What a lost opportunity for the United States.  It appears that there is no regulations controlling costs and they are going to force people to pay for overpriced undercoverd insurance.  What a loss when something truly interesting could have been done</p>
